Cabin 3 sits back from the river about 25 feet and sits right on our river walk so that you have easy access to the Big Thompson River. It has a lovely lawn with lots of trees in the front and a deck with BBQ, picnic table, and chairs.

The cabin has a living room, newly remodeled kitchen, dining room, bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with a queen in each. It will sleep 5 with one person on the couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to fix a wonderful meal to take out on the shaded deck.

Cabin 3 is recommended to families with small children as it is an enclosed deck and does not hang over the river.
