Imagine 22 acres of pine and aspen trees with 19 quaint cottages nestled along the banks of the Big Thompson River. The Old Log Cabin is the oldest cabin on the upper Big Thompson, built in 1897, and it has a deck that hangs out over the river, as do many of the other cabins. Though the rest of the cabins were built many years later, Loveland Heights Cottages started with that one Log Cabin many years ago.
